Ballpark distances and heights are completely cosmetic. If all the factors are set to 1.000 they will give results of totally "average" ballparks.

So, you could set your left field ballpark wall to 100 ft. high, and 700 feet deep, and if your factors are set to 1.000 HR vL and 1.000 HR vR - you'll end up with an average number of home runs in your park . (And yes, if you play them out, people will be jacking 750 foot homers). I keep saying average - I should say "neutral" park settings instead.

So, if my above example park was created, and all the other parks were set to 2.000 - then the example park would produce about 1/2 as many HRs as the rest.
