The most common error here is nicknames that include quotes. If there are players in the CSV file with nicknames in quotes then the Cato prog errors out, so remove the extra quotes on any nicknames. Example of a nick in quotes - John "Candy Man" Candelaria will show up in the CSV file as John ""Candy Man"" Candelaria. No idea if the Ankit rosters have quoted nicknames.
That is the only CSV error I have seen and I see it frequently, but if others have experienced other CSV errors I hope they post them as well as I have no other idea's on this error - good luck.
