My question is do people feel the quality of players in the Nippon league is too great compared to that of MLB?
There has always been debate as to how Nippon compares to MLB...some say it's MLB (or very close) equivalent...while others say AAA level quality. I myself feel it likely in the middle and is AAAA quality.
So i guess my question is if people feel the PCM's for the Nippon league is a bit high?...especially for pitchers
