you get no real feedback in game...

if it says tehy like workign with kids or pitchign etc.. it just means it's slightly higher than the alternative... it doesn't mean it's "good"..

e..g 50/200 vs 20/200

reputation is 100% about results, which for a coach is barely correlated with his ratings.

take any crap coach, put them on a good team and he will have a good reputation just as quickly as anyone else.

i'd stick to what you can see with certainty.. the focus of the coach. match it to how you draft and what you value.
