Hi

I am playing OOTP19 as the Padres and I play out all my games. As the Padres are very poor I have the Cannot be Fired setting on as I don't trust my owner to keep me around long enough so that I can rebuild the team.

As I play out all of my games I don't want to end up out of a job in a few seasons time as it is very time consuming.

So my question is this. When I started I got a three year contract with the Padres. When that contract expires does the owner have to give me a new one because the Cannot be Fired option is ticked? Or can he just let me go and I have no say on it?
