January of my first season, I notice my Free Agent budget has mysteriously jumped by 15m,
after I've signed all my targets. I was totally bamboozled by this, even thinking I had mixed up saves.
It turns out the owner has taken control of the scouting, development and int'l FA budgets, and slashed them all.
It's not going to get better, is it?
