You know, in retrospect it's amazing that we're even at this point. I recall requesting that the hard cap on name sets and ethnicities be lifted in years past only to be told on at least one occasion that doing so would require a complete re-programming of the game.

Not being part of the development team I obviously can't say if that's what was actually required to achieve this in the end (Hopefully not even close). However, it does demonstrate yet again how responsive the dev team is to our requests and how attentive they are to every small detail. After all, there are probably only a handful of us who even bother to monkey around with these files in the first place.

As DB930 mentioned above, this is a nice problem to have. Sooner or later, the re-import feature will be fixed and we'll be able to make ad hoc changes to these files and update them in-game to our heart's content. We've come a long way with this.
