There are several SOLID, established leagues that have openings from time to time. Sometimes, it's a matter of timing. Some require joining a waiting list or participating in another manner.
There are a couple threads out there in this forum detailing what kind of leagues to watch out for. If you have any doubts or specific questions, PM me or any of the regulars around here.
