This is very interesting. I have a few questions, though...

So the idea was to start off with the 1921 PCL season and have each PCL team's roster pretty much historically accurate. But that's really the only season where that would be true... Each winter's draft class would include professional rookies (including some future major-leaguers) who were born in the west.

Do I have all of that right?

Also, what was done with the 75 free agents in 1921 that you were left with after you deleted the ones who weren't born in the western states?

If there were, say, 5, 10, or 100 of the best career minor-leaguers (or anyone else, for that matter) that you wanted to include who were NOT born in the west, you could've allowed them to be included in draft classes by simply not deleting them from your master list. Correct?

Are your PCL teams (cities & nicknames) evolving historically/automatically, manually, or not at all?
