I am running a promotion/relegation league, and this is the first time that I have used players from the international complex. I am running into a bug where when I move them to my reserve or active rosters, it says that the player is not on any roster and needs to be moved. I got around that one time by offering the player a minor league contract, but that didn't work the next time.

Generally, the only way that I can get around it is by releasing the player. What am I doing wrong or how do I fix this?
