Holy Crap
I was thinking no one would want this because of the division setups. I was just playing around - current setup is 5/5/6 - 5/6/5 which is a bit odd. I just tried something and it worked. I can create schedules with this in any combination of 5/5/6 subleagues (I think there are 9 combinations). This is all done from only 1 schedule being used as a base and a spreadsheet to manipulate it to create custom schedules ( never duplicating a previous schedule).
I just can't create a schedule by scratch, but I can use tools to create a custom schedule (with the same format). This is actually fun. This guy GMO I use his schedules to play with because they are commented but they all seem to be from 2008-2010, and I do not see any posts from him. Shame because analyzing his schedules I see how he put them together and he had a pretty good technique. He had patterns in his schedules, but now with excel, these can somewhat be "hidden" a bit.
