A caution about the schedules, particularly for the older ones: I have not checked them all to ensure the schedules are correct. In the older eras, when league schedules were made by hand, sometimes the schedule maker made mistakes, and these were not caught until after the schedule was agreed upon and published. (The 1920 International League schedule had such an error, but the clubs involved played it the way it was scheduled anyway.)

I have an Excel file as well, though it works manually. First, enter in the number of games for each match-up given on the published schedule chart, and it generates in list form the proper number of rows for each match-up. Then one types in the date of each game for a given match-up. That results in a chronological list by match-up, which can then be easily re-sorted into a chronological list by date.

I have some notes about minor league schedule formats, particularly as it relates to the 1980s through the early 2000s. One thing that might get overlooked is the calendar length of minor league schedules: these used to be very tight (i.e. the length in days was equal to or less than the number of games); in the early 1990s these were loosened to the present 152 days for 140/142/144 games.

I've got more things I want to research than I have time to do. My ultimate dream would be to see a Retrosheet-style website for the minor leagues, where one could review the day-by-day standings for each minor league in a given season...
