It's very simple.
From you League Settings tab go to "Leagues and Teams". On the far right there's a pull down list of leagues. Select the International League. You'll see the teams listed. Your two new minor league teams won't have a MLB team name next to them. That blank space is a pull down menu. Select the MLB team to which they are assigned from that menu and that's all there is to it.
