Harris hardly counts - he tried a couple times to throw left handed, but it barely worked.
Venditte has had an amount of success, and the fact that he has thrown MLB innings is big. But he's also a borderline talent. He's been up and down a lot over the last 3-4 years since he made his MLB debut, and hasn't stuck around for more than some occasional mop-up duty.
The fact it's not in the game is because, simply speaking, it's really hard to do. I'm sure we'll get to it sometime, but it's hard to dedicate resources for this. 2-way players took a lot of work, but a lot of that was already done before. And it helps that the best player in MLB history both hit and pitched, and the current #1 prospect is expected to do that, and it did happen often enough in history, it made it more reasonable to put effort into that.
