Change it to world_baseball_league_c_1976.lsdl
and you've got it
I don't think you need the level but if you do you should name it like this
world_baseball_league_int_c_1976
the int=International assuming your lg. is an international one.
Remember...it's always smart to backup your game a couple of days before pre-season starts. That way you can always load up your backup should something go whacky.
When pre-season starts, check the League settings/options page and make sure that years schedule loads.
