Also there seems to be random trades that happen before the game starts. Random players are on the wrong teams for 3rd round picks when you start a game.

For example in 2010, The Pens have Boston's, Philly's, and the Islanders' 3rd round picks and those teams have Kunitz, Cooke, and Dupuis and the Pens have Berglund for their own 3rd rounder.
