I didn't see this when I did my test of the 2017 season..however we did have problems with importation. these have supposedly been fixed for next patch later this week. We haven't gotten the beta of it yet to test and make sure. Once I get it, I'll test it and see what happens and let you know.
Thanks for reporting. It's always much appreciated.

In answer to your question about keeping opening day rosters..I've no clue, but you can try this...in ootp's stats folder you'll see 2 files. OD Rosters.csv and EOS Rosters.csv. I think thiese are what determines who's on what team at the start and end of season.
If so, then try this....make a copy of the EOSRosters.csv FIRST!! and rename it to EOSRosters.old or whatever you wish, then make a copy of the ODRosters.csv and rename it to EOSRosters.csv.
Your not going to hurt anything doing this. Theoretically teams should now keep the opening day rosters for the entire season. Now you might lose any debut players if they weren't in the original ODRosters file. If your ok with that, then go for it.
After making the above changes, restart ootp and create a test lg. and see if it works. If it doesn't then replace the EOSRosters.csv with the original copy.
Good luck and let us know if it works.
