I apologize for the delay but I haven't checked the forums for a few days.
Anyway, the font you would be looking for is called
hooge. There are a few different versions out there -- the one I currently use is called
hooge 05_55.
Like you, I had an extremely tough time finding it when I was designing the HBL site. If you can't find it, I can throw the zip up on my site and let you grab it.
