I am new to OOTP, but have already been letting a future fictional league percolate in my head. In a nutshell, the league's teams would be geographically based; e.g., based on the birthplace of the players.
It makes sense that I would like to let the AI manage all of the teams. However, to maintain the geographic/regional flavor, I need a way to limit the AI's trading capabilities, if not eliminate them altogether.
Is there a way within the settings of Commissioner Mode to force all trades to be approved by the Commish? Is there a way to disallow trading entirely?
I know it's kind of an odd idea, but...with all of the fictional league flexibility, it's something I want to see if it's possible before I get sucked down a rabbit hole!
