It is not hard. Create a fictional league. When it asks you to set up the keague structure of how many leagues, teams etc. Click on "switch to historical teams". Then click on the spaces in the league for each team. Use the historical datbase option when it comes up. Set the year. Then pick the team repeat process till yoy have all theteams you want in the league.
