Firstly, I'd like to be able to pin splits between the batting screen (RHP, LHP, RHP+DH, LHP+DH). It's a bit annoying to have to switch between split vs. right and split vs. left every time I go between them.


Secondly, I'd like to have a work the count option for batters when playing games. I don't want them to take the pitch, but I also don't want them swinging away. I want them to protect the plate and work the count. Getting a high pitch count on my opponent's ace is a strategy I'd like to better employ. It could also be called "Be Selective." There could also be separate "protect the plate" command. I was thinking for how you might do this is to buff/nerf attributes for example:

"Be Selective:"
-5% K avoidance
-5% Contact
+10% Eye/Discipline


"Protect the Plate:"
-10% Eye/Discipline
+5% K avoidance
+5% Contact
