All these pictures, parks, etc are all VERY cool - but I have no idea what to do with them.

Tip from new guy : I'm sure ya'll have been swapping files for years now, and this is easy/peezy stuff for you - but, for a new dude walking into this forum, it's discouraging. I downloaded this image pack (which has like a picture of every player ever - AWESOME) but, have no idea what to do with it. IMO, this information should be blasted as the top sticky on every mod page !

FWIW : This is the file I downloaded (I chose this one because he had links to the download area in his signature.)

I also checked out this thread, and was going to download it, but I had no idea where to download it. The top post says nothing, and later on down the thread it mentions something about "Padresfan" site - and still - no link or anything pointing me toward the download. I eventually gave up the search, and went to the above thread.
