Lots and lots of different philosophies on this one. The only limit is your imagination. Check
this thread (from OOTP18 [but using OOTP16]), or
this thread (OOTP19 stuff) and see if you can find a fit. Best way to do it is to take in as many different ideas as you can and then whittle things down to what works for you.
