My suggestion would be to either create a league of countries I.e. the league would be Africa Nations and the divisions would be perhaps West Africa, South Africa etc with the teams being the countries. Otherwise you could have a small league for each country and then you could create a tournament where the winners all play in an African Cup of Nations?

I know Africa is a bucnh of countries, I was thinking of a league where I have teams all over the continent. Like ones in Cairo, Nairobi, Cape Town, Lagos, just all over the place. Is there a way I can do that?
