Simple answer is play out a game and see how long it takes. Figure an average of 4 pitches per plate appearance.. factor in some time for foul balls.. throws to first base etc and it will take quite a lot longer.
I've only thought about playing that way once. I was going to play one game a day..following the Yankees actual schedule during the year. See how my game matched up to what was happening in real life. Then I decided that sounded like a lot of work.
