So spent last couple of days setting up promotion league and after all my OCD tinkering and figuring this game out I finally have everything situated on how the want the league to run. Just made it through spring and about to start opening day. But as I approched opening day I got very disturbing mail. My scout director sent me player progression report and literally everyone on that list went down potential list. I have 48 players total and about 20 all went down in potential including 11 off my current roster. Some dropped from as many as 7 (my ace) to as much as 31 (74 potential to 43 has me really bummed out! Haven't even played regular season game yet so does anyone have idea what happened? Did I screw something up? I can't imagine this is the norm. My scouting director I hired is mid tier scout so he shouldn't be way too far off the mark. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
