No promotion league minor leagues?
Started promotion league and see there's no minors for each team. Do they ever form as game progresses? Since this is my first time ever playing I'm cheesing my first league to have no injuries. So should I just trade the reserves that won't ever play for my team if no minors come around? And will prospects develop on a reserve roster since not playing any games?
