I had a pro/rel game with 5 leagues/30 teams in each; and had an FA Cup style tourney with all 150 teams involved... just went with a basic setup and seeded them by rank (so the top team in the second tier league was ranked #31; top team in third tier was #61, etc). When did you schedule this tournament? To get seeding, you'd need final standings in all your leagues...
