this is about your video card, not he OS. maybe "windows update" is not set to download 3rd party drivers? from wiki sounds like it defaults to a less than desirable option.

so, update drivers from manufacturer's website and install their full suite of software -- intel, nvidia or amd -- one of those three will be your video card manufacturer. go to their website. (equivalent of win7 device manager will show name of vid card.. win10 display properties? (not a fan of win10 organization, lol. still foreign to me - it's all over the place)

also there's a wiki for installing opengl if you continue to have a problem. possibly the "initialization" part of wiki?

if you want pre-compiled binaries: just found in a google search.. due diligence required.

it's always safer to compile yourself for obvious reasons. if not comfortable with that, pre-compiled binaries are your only option.
