Triple Play in Game

I just witnessed my first ever hit-into-a-triple-play.

Men on first and second, no out. I order a hit and run, so my runners go. my hitter (contact hitter) lines one up the middle - towards SS side.

Then animation goes into a frenzy - the SP catches it and throws it to 2nd, and then SS throw to 1st. Triple play. The text announcer goes like they won the World Series...

The animation is glitchy (animation was at 4x speed for the triple play) but it is fun to see.

Wonder how often people witness it.

Completely unrelated - I also noticed that animation is not real time - animation happens after a computer decision/roll is made on a play. For example, opposition had an (avg speed) man on third with 1 out - hits a deep deep fly to RF, where my 80 range, 80 arm RF (Adell) catches it near the wall & near the line. From experience, this is a sac fly, standing up, because the ball is so deep. But on this play, the runner tags and runs at almost 0.5x normal animation speed towards home plate, and arrive at the same time as the throw home. Then umpire calls - Out! It seems upon the catch, the AI make a decision roll on whether sac fly attempt will be thrown out or not, then adapts the animation to the decision (in this case, out).
