Downloaded the beta and started a league with the 2018 Orioles. Opening the season 1-11 got me thinking, which modern (non-historical) team will be the hardest to rebuild in OOTP19?

Marlins? O's? Reds?

I'd put my money on the Orioles for lack of a farm system, a mid-tier budget, and a couple of tough contracts that will linger.
