Okay, I should now perhaps get to the last eight teams for at least the first 32 teams I'll likely have in my Baseball Heaven project's game world/universe setup by the time it might eventually be completed at some point later on. We last left off with the Texas Rangers of the proposed Continental League, so I think it's time to move to the Chicago Whales of the proposed Federal League here now.
First up, we will start with the Chicago Whales, preferably under the management of Casey Stengel, who may also eventually, if not immediately, serve as a player/manager for them while he's still with them. I don't yet have a particular stadium in mind for them here, mind you, though. So any reasonable enough suggestions for that would be most appreciated, I'm sure, if they can't actually share a park with the Cubs, for instance, at least at first. A large number of players from assorted MLB historical franchises will most certainly be on their possible roster or rosters, especially because they only existed for a little while in actual real-world reality, folks, of course.
Chicago Whales:
Rob Wilfong
Ozzie Virgil (Jr.)
Scott Fletcher
Steve Sax
Dick Ruthven
Bill Buckner
Frank Pastore
Dan Schatzeder
Jerry Dybzinski
Darren Daulton
Art Wilson
Fred Beck
Jack Farrell
Rollie Zeider
Rick Burleson
Fred Clarke
Dutch Zwilling
King Kelly
Andy Benes
Alan Benes
Dave Dravecky
Tom Browning
Steve Stone
Art Herring
Ed Roebuck
Scott Linebrink
Mitch Stetter
Sam Thompson
Freddie Lindstrom
Bill Skowron
U.L. Washington
Bob Horner
Claude Hendrix
Andre Ethier
John Wathan
Charlie Dexter
Dal Maxvill
Old Hoss Radbourne
Henry Porter
Cliff Carroll
Possibly Casey Stengel could also potentially contend for a spot as a player on the Whales' 25-man or 40-man rosters, depending on how things for for him, the Whales, and/or any other team, for example, before the 1901 regular season starts, at least, of course, everyone. And not just him, but other people as well, you know.
Next up, the Florida Marlins, preferably under the management of Jack McKeon, although what park to potentially assign as their home park, at least at first, I've not actually decided yet, of course. Suggestions are welcome, then, obviously, everyone, as usual.
Florida Marlins:
Bill Laskey
Rick Leach
Mark Ryal
Jaime Cocanower
Darrell Evans

Preston Wilson
Derrek Lee

Bob McClure
Rob Picciolo
Geoff Jenkins
Don Kessinger
Mickey Rivers
Bill Dinneen
Derrell Thomas
Carlos Diaz
Next up, the Milwaukee Brewers, and I hope Germaniac, among many others, likes at least a few of my picks for them. Preferably they'd be under the management of Harvey Kuenn, who may also perhaps later, if not immediately, end up as a player/manager for them, somehow. And probably they'd most likely play in some version of Milwaukee County Stadium, if at all possible, at least at first, ideally, as well.
Milwaukee Brewers:
Dave Smith
Bob Gibson (The one who played for them in the 1980's, at least, that is)
Tom O'Malley

Ben Sheets
Jerry Augustine
Ervin Santana

John Axford
Terry Moore (Another lost Cardinal, no room on Cardinals, so decided to put him here)
Paul Listach
Hardy Richardson (HoF'er in other game)
Deacon White
Clay Carroll
Possibly Harvey Kuenn, among others, could also contend for roster spots, but we'll have to see how things ultimately shake out for Milwaukee here, of course.
Next up, the Montreal Expos, preferably under the management of Felipe Alou, perhaps, although whether he might be a playing manager at some point is yet to be discovered and/or determined. Their home park might possibly be some version of Olympic Stadium, but that also has to be decided in time as well, of course.
Montreal Expos:

Bill Caudill

Jeff Stone
Ray Burris
Steve Henderson
Alvaro Espinosa

Bryn Smith
Charlie Lea
Warren Cromartie
Herm Winningham
Duane Kuiper
Dickie Flowers (HoF'er in other game, I believe)
Charlie Sweeney
Jim Kaat
Paul Householder
Tim Raines
As with any other potential or actual player/managers, Felipe Alou may or may not be among them at some point, if not immediately, of course. Other potential contenders for possible roster spots with the Expos are yet to be discovered and/or determined, for sure, everyone.
Next up, the New Jersey Generals most likely from Newark, New Jersey. They would preferably be led by Leo Durocher, another possible player/manager candidate at some point, if not immediately one, I think. I don't have a home park actually picked for them at some point, but I do have a potential stadium name in mind for them, no matter what park it ultimately turns out to be based most on, if not entirely on. I'll probably eventually call their home park "Generals Fortress," I think. I also believe that many, if not most, of the players that I really have liked or likely been more interested in from the Cardinals' franchise history who have already been made part of these rosters and which have not been put on the Cardinals may have ended up here, at least at first, for various reasons.
New Jersey Generals:
Lee Guetterman
Kurt Kepshire
Oddibe McDowell
Leon Durham
Jim Morrison
Jeff Russell
Dave LaPoint
Tony Pena
Neil Allen
Ron Pruitt
MIKE TROUT (From NJ, so felt it appropriate to put him here instead of the Angels)
Danny Cox
Al Todd
Pud Galvin
Jesse Burkett
Hugh Duffy
Jim O'Rourke
Jimmy Collins
Monte Irvin (Another New Jerseyan, I believe, also played for Newark in Negro Leagues)
Josh Zeid
Ted Breitenstein
Dan Haren
Fernando Vina
Dane Iorg
Ian Desmond
Al Mamaux
Ken Oberkfell (Member of 1982 WS Champions, but no room with Cardinals, unfortunately)
Tom Herr (See Oberkfell comment)
Boots Poffensberger (Interesting name, to be sure, at least, and pretty cool, I think)
Al Hrabosky (Cardinal before my time, most likely, but also no room on Cardinals)
John Henry Johnson
Roy Lee Jackson
Dick Groat (See Hrabosky comment)
Pedro Guerrero (No room on Dodgers or Cardinals, so put him here)
Benny Kauff
Frank Baker
Pete Kozma
Lew Brown (HoF'er in other game)
Mike Tiernan (HoF'er in other game, or soon will be, I think)
See Durocher comment above for more information, at least in part. More potential contenders for possible roster spots to be learned and revealed later, of course.
Now we just have three more teams left to reveal at least some potential roster members for here. Next up will be the New York Mets, obviously, then, from the Federal League. They would preferably be under the management of Bobby Valentine, and probably would be playing in some version of Shea Stadium, if possible, at least at first, ideally, I think.
New York Mets:
Dave Stapleton
Willie Upshaw
Carmen (Carmelo) Castillo
Bill Campbell
Brett Butler
Joe Beckwith
Matt Young

And now the team that perhaps people like ActionJackson, for example, may have been waiting the most for, the Toronto Blue Jays. They would preferably be under the leadership, perhaps, of Cito Gaston, another possible player/manager candidate at some point, if not immediately, for them, and they'd probably play their home games in some version of Exhibition Stadium, if possible, at least at first, ideally, I think.

And there you have it, everyone, my current picks for at least the first 32 teams' potential 40-man rosters, in terms of my current Baseball Heaven-related project.
I will try to get some screenshots showing career totals, et cetera, for players currently in the Hall of Fame for at least one of my games which may have been mentioned here, at least once or twice, if I can, for sure, everyone, if not even more often than that. But you may have to wait a while until I can find them on my computer anywhere, of course, for I may not know exactly where they are at present, it seems to me.
I really do hope to see much more respectful and well-thought-out commentary about many, if not all, of my current picks here in the near future, if at all possible. And am preparing players for possible draftability and/or free agency by the time I'm finally done with this project of mine here, if I ever am. I'll have to talk to you all later, though, for I have some other plans here for the rest of tonight, at least, to be honest with you all here, folks. CD out.
