You'll get my money again when expansion teams are set up with at least the 4 full season levels (AAA, AA, A+, A), without the usual 2-3 teams in the same Rookie/Short A league, and with the minor league expansion teams in a city that isn't 1,000 miles from everyone else in the league.
I'll pay even more money if you set it up for us to be GM and have the expansion team start drafting and populating its minor league system a year before taking the field.

I really don't mean for this to sound defensive, and you are certainly free to spend your money how you please, but these issues can be fixed manually (as I'm sure you know)
Obviously that's less than ideal, but do you expand your leagues that often that it makes a huge difference? Changing the 2 or 4 expansion teams 4 minor league cities to ones you're pleased with, and potentially moving a team or two to a new level, and then simply regenerating the schedules for each level might be a bit inconvenient, but shouldn't take long (~20 minutes, and even that seems high) anyway.
For all the amazing positives I'm a bit surprised an issue that can be manually fixed by the user as needed would draw such a negative reaction, but hopefully you can find a game that gives you what you want. If you think OOTP19 is a "nothing update" I truly feel sorry for you. "For way too much money..." modern video games are $59.99 at a minimum on consoles. OOTP is $36 at the moment and so much more enjoyable! What a joke.
