This gentleman is still referred to as the Prime Minister of Defense up here. What a treat to watch in the field. He gave us all goosebumps on Father's Day, 2010 when he blasted a PH two-run HR off Jeremy Affeldt in the ninth inning. His father had just passed away, and when he gave a big fist pump as he rounded 1st base, we all knew who it was for. Yeah, we lost the game 9-6, but sometimes it just doesn't matter. Some moments eclipse the outcome of any game, and this one certainly did so for us. Would whoever's chopping onions in my vicinity please stop? Thank you.
