I bought Stellaris from Paradox when it first came out for $29.99. I thought it was good. As good as any 4X game I'd played and better than most. Since then I've bought all the add on content too so i'm into it for about $60 now. I get grouchy every time I do it but I never regret it after. The new content does enhance the game a lot. If I had paid $60 then for the game I have today I'd have no complaints.

So to answer the question, yes if OOTP released a 3D stadium pack with Forbes, Crosley, Polo, Sportsmans, etc I'd buy them. I would only buy if they are all there and I would not buy them singly.

I would also by a fictional stadium pack, particularly if it included stadiums appropriate for Minor League teams. So my answer is yes.
