Currently on a 3-game winning streak, the Blue Jays are 22-43 (.338) for the season and 17 1/2 games back of the AL East division leader's, the Baltimore Orioles. At this point, it looks like the season is a washout, however, I beg to differ! Since firing John Gibbons at the end of May, the Blue Jays have gone 6-4 in their last 10 games. Some key players are slowly coming back from injuries. With me now wearing both GM and Manager hats, I now have more liberty to choose the lineups and strategies. Could the Blue Jays make it to the postseason? You're probably thinking this guy is a fool! I think it can be done!
In this episode, we host the Chicago White Sox followed by a road trip to meet up with the Texas Rangers and the Kansas City Royals before coming home to host the Baltimore Orioles and the Boston Red Sox in this episode's featured game, where David Price (8-0 ERA 2.98) will be on the mound for the Red Sox.
