Has the issue in the rule V draft whereas all the players with a # sign indicating eligibility are put into the draft pool regardless of age and time as a professional restrictions being ignored, and not protected on the 40 man roster ?

is this just an issue with online leagues ? And it is about time that this is fixed to work as in real life ! Please.
