Add:
pro service years
ML service years
Year (this will eliminate the need for this year, last year 2 years ago) could be an input box of it's own. or two for a range.

that's a net zero change to # of items in dropdowns. so, it's not any more cluttered than it was. or -1

the added info is useful for custom views to aid decisions regarding mil and arbitration/extensions etc...

side note : all fields should be added as options to the dropdowns... or re-organized in new dropdowns for these various lists of players. they can all be useful. this could consolidate a ton of pages spread out all over the place too.
