Howdy!

Over in the OTBA we realized that some of our owners were set to "GM Only", which locked them out of the game strategy presets. You know, this here:

I know that setting the owners to "GM & Manager" will allow them to get there, but when I change them they never see any difference. I've had them re-download the accountsdata_gms.dat file as well, but they're still stuck as GM only. Any ideas how I can fix this?
