Suggestion: additions to player level locking

So currently you can stop the AI from promoting/demoting one of your prospects in the minor leagues. So this locks a given player at a particular level. That's fine if you're happy to micro manage every single (decent) player in your minors, however that's too time consuming for my liking.

My suggestion is to have three locking options:

1. Prevent promotion/demotion (the current option);

2. Prevent promotion; and

3. Prevent demotion.

That way you can provide floors/ceilings for your prospects without having to spend too much time in monitoring their every movements.

Specific Example: I have a draftee who the AI put in A+ out of the draft and he did well and they promoted him towards the end of season to AA where he did OK. I have no problem with this.

However, this season they start him back in A ball where he is slaughtering it. I promote him to A+ but then they immediately drop him back to A again. I don't want to lock him at A+ because I'm happy for him to be promoted to AA.

Therefore, I would like to promote him to A+ and activate prevent demotion.

There are other instances, although not as common, where the opposite would apply. You might have someone who has struggled at two levels and you want to put him in the higher level but stop him from going even higher but allow the option to demote him if he continues to struggle. Therefore you would select prevent promotion.
