no steam software or intrusive nonsense. margin might be higher for them on esellerate, it may not be too. economies of scale may allow steam to offer better support services than the cost of esellerate... or it may leverage itself and eat a bit more than esellerate. impossible to know just from assumption. i'd wager it's a higher % from esellerate, but ??
the game is no different, either way. that's the key.
if it's convenient to use steam, use it. accessibility to your own library of games jsut be logging in is definitely convenient. if i played more than ootp and ~1 other game, if that, i might even eat my own crow.

I have steam and love it EXCEPT.
I can't be logged into 2 instances of Steam at the same time!!! WTF?
I have one computer playing ROCKSMITH and another OOTPB.
I have to logout in order to play.
Also OOTPB appears to only store your game LOCALLY.
So I dont seem to be able to play on my desktop, Then later take my laptop outside to play some more.....
