A 52-team, 162-game schedule

I'm running a fictional league where MLB expands (a lot). It's 2037 and both the AL and NL are up to 26 teams in 4 divisions (East, Central, West, and South).

This schedule:
162 games, no interleague

6 team divisions (East and South):
15 games against two divisional opponents (6/9 or 9/6 H/A)
18 games against three divisional opponents (9/9 H/A)
6 games against teams in the other 6 team division (3/3 H/A)
3 games against teams in the 7 team divisions (3/0 or 0/3 H/A)

7 team divisions (Central and West):
12 games against two divisional opponents (6/6 H/A)
15 games against four divisional opponents (6/9 or 9/6 H/A)
6 games against teams in the other 7 team division (3/3 H/A)
3 games against teams in the 6 team divisions (3/0 or 0/3 H/A)

Each team has one off-day per week (Monday or Thursday), and there's an All-Star Game about 60% of the way through.
