Not sure why you should. The Pecos League is already a highly questionable inclusion, given that attendance is not reported for its games (indeed, the league office
estimates attendance). And now the PA?
The Pacific Association does have attendance reported, but it is minuscule: just 239 per game in 2017. No, that's not a typo. The larger summer college leagues outdraw the PA by a considerable margin, let alone the main four independent leagues.
I'd say the major summer college leagues, particular as a place where college players can develop for the draft, would be more useful additions.
