I took another look at my screenshot above and realized that in the Upper Left Section it is apparently showing whether or not the head coach has either a good or bad relationship with certain players. I overlooked the coaches name at the top of this section hence my confusion, so my mistake. There is no information indicating why a relationship is good or bad, or how to improve the relationship.

The Upper Right Section apparently shows players relationships with each other. How these players are matched up with each other is a mystery.

The Bottom Left Section apparently shows certain roles that players take on during the season. Is there any way to choose a team captain or fill any of the roles listed?

If all of this info is just fluff, then please don't include it in OOTP 19.
