I'm with Rosco on this one. I understand that a little "mystery" helps to simulate humans and how inconsistent we are, but it would be nice to have a bit more understanding of things such as:
How "Good" and "Bad" relationships really translate into game/season performance
How not having players with certain traits impacts game/season performance
Some sense of the magnitude of impacts (i.e. a lower skill level coach with good relationships vs. a slightly higher skilled coach with bad relationships).
