I have two laptops, a desktop and a Surface Pro 4 I use OOTP 18 on and I can have it on all four at once without juggling licenses.

Now if we could only join 2014 and get cloud saves then it would make a great option even better.

Can you purchase from OOTP and then add the game to your Steam library? If so then you can avoid Steam taking a cut of the sale and then get the benefits of Steam should you need them.
