did it fix itself? maybe due to a little delay?
shoudl be able to have 2 active licenses, and you did before.
if not, post in tech support if you didn't already get a PM. don't post any account info in forums, obviously. make sure whoever contacts you is a ootp-agent and not some dope in the forums, like me. this reply may help someone notice too, if they haven't.
