Sorry man. I wasn't tying to be a jerk. I quoted your question above so hopefully we can get a clarification. But I swear I thought I saw someone explaining the College/NCAA baseball situation on these forums.

It's certainly not happening this year!
Personally it would be a big dream of mine to see a realistic functioning college setup in-game. It's probably the one feature I'd like to see most.
But as I've mentioned in the past, I wouldn't recommend holding your breath to anyone else who wants to see this
For various reasons, I'd guess it's more of a potential OOTP25 feature than an OOTP20 feature.
