Click on your name (Manager's Office button at the top with the house icon) and select Team Control Settings.

On the right there are check marks for Edit Auto-Play notifications...one of them is:

- Notify injuries on minor league teams as well

Make sure that is unchecked.

The other option:

-When a player is eligible to come off the DL

This likely stops notifications for the guys in the majors too but may be an option if you're already keeping an eye on them.

The other possibility is you need to set the following options on that same screen to Computer AI:

- Active Roster Moves (Demotions, Promotions, DL etc.)
- Minor League Promotions & Demotions
- Minor League Lineups/Depth Charts/Pitching Staffs

If one of those doesn't fix it I'm unaware of what else could be causing it.
