Thank you everyone. It looks like with injuries, suspensions, scouting, storyline, player personality stuff all off, it should be what I want. I haven't found transactions on/off yet, but if I control every team, then nobody should be moving at all.
Questions:
1. I still don't understand, does the OOTP community not do updated rosters? In other baseball games, people will do updates, just to keep the game current with rosters updated to, say, January 1st. Just so people can play with new acquisitions for fun. Does that just not happen in the OOTP community? Someone must have asked about this but I can't find anything.
2. The ultimate thing would be for my friend and I to be able to play exhibition games together online. Is that possible at all with OOTP? I don't even see the option to play exhibition games at all. I suppose if we could both run a league together, him with his Yanks and me with my Jays that would be ok too. Does any of this exist?
